MIA Chocolate Breakfast Crumble


Sometimes we all need an extravagant breakfast to get us going in the morning. This brilliant breakfast crumble isn’t just delicious but it’s also quick, simple and totally instagrammable! 200g Almonds

Half a bar of MIA 100% Cocoa roughly chopped

10 dates roughly chopped

30g Coconut Oil

60g Maple Syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 200c/180c fan. Place almonds on a try and pop in the oven to roast for 5 minutes.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blitz.
  3. Next take the almonds and add to the blender too. Blitz until the whole mixture becomes crumb-like.
  4. To serve add your choice of delish ingredients. We went with berries, yoghurt and fresh mint but don’t think you have to just save it for breakfast, sprinkle it over icecream too for a scrumptious dessert!
