FFFB Rocky Road Dazzlers

For those who can be a bit scared of cooking, these ‘never fail’ chocolate treats by @fullerfigurefullerbust are the perfect antidote.  No measurements required – just taste as you go and they are suitable for vegans.

Ingredients

  • Melted MIA dark chocolate
  • Dairy free spread
  • Ground vegan biscuits
  • Golden syrup
  • Vegan marshmallows

1. Melt the MIA chocolate in a bowl above boiling water.

2. Next mix all the ingredients together. You decide quantities depending on which ingredients you like best. Don’t be afraid to add extras too – chopped nuts work well in this recipe or dried fruit like cherries.

3. Add everything to a dish and pop in Fridge for an hour.

4. Once set – cut into generous chunks and devour!
