Wholesale orders are available to customers around the world. We hold stock at our UK warehouse, from where we can provide transport to other UK destinations. For shipments to regions outside the UK, you would be responsible for your own transit arrangements; alternatively, you may be able to purchase wholesale from a local stockist or distributor in your region. Where does MIA ship online store orders?
We ship MIA products everywhere throughout the UK via Royal Mail. Depending on your preferred shipping option, delivery time is usually one or two business days (excluding weekends and bank/public holidays). We do not currently ship outside the UK directly ourselves, but a store or web vendor near you may sell MIA; to enquire about local stockists or vendors in your area, please contact our Facebook page at

What carrier does MIA use for wholesale delivery and online store orders?
We deliver online store orders and wholesale retail orders throughout the UK using Royal Mail. Larger wholesale orders and wholesale orders for non-UK destinations are arranged with the customer on an order-by-order basis.
How soon do orders ship from your online store?
Orders received on a working business day are shipped the following business day. Orders placed during weekends or bank/public holidays will also be shipped on the next business day.
How long will my online store order be in transit?
Depending on the shipping option selected, transit time is either one or two full business days following your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. For example, if you place your order on Monday and request standard two-day delivery, then you can expect to receive your package on Thursday.
Can I return my wholesale order?
If you aren’t satisfied with a wholesale order, please inform us within three business days of receipt at
orders@miafoodie.com, providing a brief description of your issue and your order reference number. If you are sending back an individual bar, please also include the production lot number (see back of pack). We will review the request and respond within three business days.
Can I return my online order?
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase from our miafoodie.com online store, please inform us within one week of receipt at
orders@miafoodie.com, providing a brief description of your issue and your order reference number. If your issue involves any product defect, please also provide the specific bar’s production lot number (see back of pack). We will then either replace the product or issue a refund. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the product to help clarify your issue.
Can my order be damaged during transit in hot or cold temperatures?
The ideal temperature for chocolate is around 17 °C (63 °F) but under the right conditions, it can withstand higher temperatures; however, chocolate may also be damaged by temperatures of 25 °C (77 °F) and above. Please ensure that it stays in the best conditions possible to maintain the original flavour of the product.
Is MIA chocolate suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, all MIA products are 100% vegetarian friendly and the range is accredited vegan by the UK Vegetarian Society.
